Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a multi-residential development in Athens, Alabama. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a multi-residential development.
2. PROJECT SCOPE (GENERAL) Work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition and removal of exist-ing flooring and subfloor systems Structural repairs including joists, beams, and support jacks Installation of new subflooring Installation of finish flooring (LVP, sheet vinyl, or as specified) Moisture mitigation where needed Site cleanup and disposal Optional asbestos abatement (as identified) Work may occur in occupied and vacant units and must be phased accordingly. AHMA intends to award to the most responsive and responsible pro-poser whose proposal is most ad-vantageous.
