The Work will be carried out in accordance with the attached general and specific conditions, the plans and specifications in Appendix B, the photographic report in Appendix C, as well as the terms of the contract for the execution of the work to be performed between Sepaq and the selected bidder (the "Contractor") a project of which is attached hereto as Schedule A (the "Contract"). The Work must be carried out no later than August 28, 2026, or between October 3 and October 17, 2026.
