The Project consists of but not limited to: Upgrades of existing front and rear porch lights throughout the development. Install one photocell per building to control all porch lights. The work also includes addition of new exterior lighting wall pacs, and visitor parking lot lighting to improve exterior illumination and enhance resident safety Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 07/23/2026 at 4:00PM EDT for general bids.
