Modernization of elevators at Thomas Bishop Apartments, Brodhead Apartments, and Sheffield Towers. Bonds: 15% Bid Bond. Proposed forms of contract documents, including Plans and Specifications may be obtained from the Housing Authority of the County of Beaver by first mailing $125.00 in the form of a check made payable to the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF BEAVER, 300 State Ave, Beaver, PA 15009 for each set of documents so obtained. An additional $ 15.00 is required if you want it mailed. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. All bidders are REQUIRED to buy the full set of plans and specifications. Plans and specifications will be available on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Please call to arrange for pick-up.
