Provision of preventive maintenance, repairs, and related services for snowmelt boiler systems. Bidders are required to attend mandatory site meetings and must wear hard hats, green patch safety boots, safety vests, and have safety glasses at the site meetings. Only one or two representatives from each vendor may attend site meetings. Electronic bid submissions must be sent to Metrolinx through MetrolinxMERX EBS, and bidders are solely responsible for the delivery of their submission by the closing time, in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
