Scope of work includes concrete supply, formwork, reinforcing, finishing and accessories, rough carpentry, and mechanical and electrical long lead equipment. Bidders must submit the Tender proposal form with all information filled out except pricing, and initial each page on the Bid Recording Sheet confirming the scope. Submitting additional qualification letters or modifications to the Bid Recording Sheets may result in bids being deemed non-compliant. Bidders submitting for multiple bid packages should understand that proposals will be evaluated and potentially awarded separately. All required documents must be uploaded via the approved e-procurement platform, MERX, and it is the bidder's responsibility to ensure all required documents are uploaded. Scope includes replacement of building facade, balconies, roofing system, doors & windows, interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC system . New landscaping including new courtyard layout, playground, and waste enclosure. Townhouses on Gwynnne Ave are not part of the scope of the project.
