Pipe Springs- approximately 4.64 miles of 2" & 4" waterline replacement in Hodgen, Leflore, OK. All work shall be performed, and all construction and materials used and furnished shall be in accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Mears Engineers, LLC, and on file in Rural Water District No. 17 Leflore County. Funding is through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant program. Compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory. Compliance with the Davis Bacon Act is mandatory if the total project cost exceeds $10,000 (ten thousand dollars). Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside, the name of the bidder, their address and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified in the bid form. All blank spaces for bid prices must be completed in ink, or typewritten and in both words and figures. Each bidder shall accompany their original bid, filed with the Rural Water District No. 17 Leflore County, with a certified or Cashier’s Check from a bank located in Oklahoma or a Bidder’s Bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount bid, as a guarantee of their ability to perform the contract bid upon, and that they will enter into a written contract with the Owner to perform the said work and or furnish said materials in accordance with said Plans and Specifications, and furnish the required bonds according to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974.
