Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Eagan, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Rehabilitation of the Center Column through sandblasting, metal repair coating patching, and finish coating; Rehabilitation of the Filter Splitter box through sandblasting, metal repair coating patching, and finish coating; Clean and coat the filter overflow piping and filter influent pipe supports; Replace the 12-inch diameter filter inlet butterfly valves for each cell with valve and actuator provided by Owner; Replace steel plate walkway decking with vented aluminum decking; Replace backwash troughs with new troughs incorporating a media retaining design; Replace filter media with new media back to original design depths.
