Lyndon B. Johnson (LYJO) Reroof Historic Barns & Settlement Cabin, structural repairs and Boyhood Barn, and Smokehouse. The work includes, but is not limited to: removal of wood shingles, repair to wood joists, wood purlins and reinstallation of new synthetic shake/shingle roofs at the Bruckner Barn and Stubbs Cooler Building (Stubbs Well House), the barn and smoke house at the Boyhood Home Unit; remove and reinstallation of lightning protection on Bruckner Barn, Polk Barn, and Stubbs Cooler House (Stubbs Well House) and the Boyhood Home Barn; add lightning protection to the Smokehouse at the Boyhood Home; Bid Option 01: removal of wood shingles, repair/replace wood purlins and installation of new synthetic shake/shingle roofs at Settlement Cabin; Bid Option 02: remove and reinstallation of lightning protection on Settlement Cabin roof.
