Replace the cooling tower at James F. Battin U.S. Courthouse located at 2601 2nd Avenue North, Billings, Montana 59101. This procurement requires both technical and price proposals. Contract award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is determined to be the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-price factors. The technical evaluation factors are anticipated to be management and experience. This procurement is a Total Small Business and businesses must be registered under NAICS 238220 with a small business size standard of $22.5M. Joint ventures must meet all requirements of CFR 125.8 and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time of offer submission. A business concern should provide a copy of the notice required by 13 CFR 125.8 if material changes occur before contract award that could affect its eligibility.
