Description

Renovation of a military facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Work consists of providing all personnel, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other necessary items to furnish and install Boiler 4 stack and cover at the Barnes Complex. Services include completing all work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, while ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, and meeting required contract performance standards. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 10:00 AM (local time) on 22 June 2026 to both the Contract Specialist, Bryan Thompson, at bryan.e. thompson20.civ@army.mil, and Contracting Officer, Amber Mears, at amber.l.mears.civ@army.mil Primary Site Visit: 17 June 2026 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (local time) Alternate Site Visit: 18 June 2026 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (local time) Additional Site Visit: 16 July 2026 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM local time Location: Boston, MA
