Work consists of providing preventive maintenance and software support agreements (SSAs) for the installed Physical Access Control System (PACS), Software House C-Cure 9000, and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance systems, including Genetec, Victor, and Video Edge NVR. Services include semi-annual inspections, testing, cleaning, and optimization of all system components to ensure reliability and continuity of operations. The contractor shall maintain and update system software, verify firmware, inspect and replace batteries, check power supplies, and ensure proper function of door hardware, card readers, access control devices, panel enclosures, and associated wiring. Work also includes ongoing software support through valid licensing agreements, implementation of security patches and updates, and maintenance of system compatibility with manufacturer requirements. The contractor shall provide continuous system support, including emergency and non-emergency response in accordance with service level agreements. Additional requirements include monitoring system performance, performing preventative maintenance walkthroughs, maintaining SSA coverage, and delivering detailed reports for inspections, maintenance activities, and system performance.
