Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Ballston Spa, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Malta is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the demolition and reconstruction of the existing public entrance stairs and ramp to the Malta Town Court located at 2538 Route 9 Malta, NY 12020. The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, permits, traffic and pedestrian control, disposal, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing entrance stairs and ramp and construct a new ADA-compliant entrance in accordance with the Contract Documents.
