Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Blanchester, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Improvements to Reservoir 3. In general, the work consists of rebuilding the existing Reservoir 3 dam and spillway structure. The work includes, but is not limited to: demolishing and removing the existing concrete primary and overflow spillways, and reservoir drain ; removing existing tree stumps and roots, and vegetation; removing topsoil and non-clayey soil ; compacting existing dam soil rebuild dam to grade; construct new 24 inch drain and associated structures; construct new concrete spillway; construct new stone rip rap on reservoir side and spillway side; and finish grade seed and mulch disturbed soil and dam soil. Technical questions regarding the project should be e-mailed to the Project Manager Rick Kelly, PE, rkelly@jheng.com at Jones & Henry Engineers, Ltd. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
