Description of Work: This prequalification application is for three separate (3) streetscape projects with brick sidewalks. Two are located in the Central Business District (CBD )in Downtown Asheville and one in the Historic District of Biltmore Village. Each project requires a separate application. The projects are as follows: N. Lexington Avenue Sidewalk, Biltmore Village Historic Streetscape, S Market and Eagle Street Streetscape Enhancements. Deadline to Submit Questions Thursday, September 3rd, 2024, 3:00pm The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
