The contractor shall supply and install new 10 ft high security fencing with barbed wire top along the red highlighted areas shown on the attached Water Treatment Plant site plans . The work shall include all labour, materials, equipment, posts, concrete footings, bracing, fencing fabric, hardware, cleanup, and restoration required to complete the installation. The project also includes the supply and installation of three 10 ft high gates with barbed wire top: two automatic gates and one manual gate, at the locations shown on the attached drawings. Each gate shall be wide enough to safely allow semitruck entry and exit for chemical deliveries, with a minimum clear opening of 24 ft preferred. The two automatic gates shall include commercial/industrial gate operators, required safety devices, manual release capability, and access-control-ready provisions. The manual gate shall include heavy-duty hinges, latch, lockable hardware, drop rods, and hold-open hardware. The contractor shall field-verify all measurements, confirm final fence alignment and gate openings with the City before fabrication, protect existing infrastructure, maintain safe access to the facility during construction, and complete all work in accordance with applicable standards and good construction practice.
