The City of Pensacola is soliciting bids for the Pensacola Police Department Headquarters interior renovation located at 711 N. Hayne Street, Pensacola, Florida. This project involves the renovation of limited interior finishes throughout the headquarters building, including flooring, wall finishes, ceiling upgrades, and related plumbing accessories, while maintaining continuous, uninterrupted police department operations throughout all phases of construction. The building is an active, occupied law enforcement facility. The Contractor shall coordinate all construction activities, access points, dust control, and scheduling with the Pensacola Police Department (PPD) and the City of Pensacola Staff. Construction shall be performed in strict accordance with the phasing plan shown on Sheet G-010. This project follows a Base Bid plus three Additive Alternates structure.
