Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a municipal facility in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Construction of the HSW Facility and Traffic Maintenance Depot at 80 Gloria McCluskey Ave, in the Burnside Industrial Park. The existing administration building and scales will be renovated and incorporated in the design of the new HSW facility. TIMELINE Request for Proposals for the provision of design services is underway. Tender from general contractors and construction is planned for early 2027. Further update may be available in fall 2026. *Budget is unreleased.
