It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish the lump sum price for the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, and services required for Arc Flash Analysis and Labeling on 31 Emergency Communications radio sites at the Wyoming Department of Transportation, Districts 3, 4, and 5, Northeast, Wyoming, as described in the attached Scope of Work. Questions concerning this bid should be posted to Online. WY DOT - Arc Flash Analysis and Labeling, Districts 3, 4, and 5 Provide a bid for performing Arc Flash analysis and labeling on 31 Emergency Communications radio sites in WYDOT's Districts 3 , 4 , and 5 areas. Arc Flash analysis shall consist of: Collecting data from sites and analysis by a licensed electrical engineer Providing a full electrical assessment of the site, including any mitigation to reduce the hazard o Labeling of the equipment per OSHA and NFPA 70E Providing the supporting documentation to WYDOT. Arc Flash Analysis will be done on the electrical system from the transformer through all main and subpanels within the site. The analysis will need to take into account the generator power, and the final analysis should be the worst-case scenario of commercial power or generator power. Mitigation to reduce the hazard should only be suggested on these portions being analyzed.
