Description

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Charleston, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

Work consists of replacing an aging air handling unit (AHU) to restore reliable and code-compliant environmental control, reduce operational and contamination risks, and maintain stable environmental conditions. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to remove the existing unit and install a modern, high-efficiency AHU system that supports clean-room contamination control requirements.
