Site work and renovation of a library in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and for site work for a library.
This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation by Toronto Public Library (the Library) to pre-qualified general contractors, from 110-25-TPL-RFSQ General Contractor VOR L3, to submit bids for the provision of Oakwood Village Library Renovation, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the Deliverables) in the RFT. Washroom upgrades: Renovate and reconfigure two existing staff washrooms and create one new Universal Toilet Room. Complete renovation of existing two-storey and basement library (approx. 16,000 SF) including envelope improvements. Bids will only be accepted from the following pre-qualified general contractors: - Aquicon Construction Co. Ltd. - Area Construction Inc. - BDA Inc. - Buttcon Limited - Harbridge & Cross Limited - Morosons Construction Limited - Rutherford Contracting Ltd. - Struct-Con Construction Ltd. The construction period for this project will be 18 months (February 1, 2027 to July 30, 2028), including full building occupancy granted by the respective authorities.
