Project Information. Location and Description. The Project is located at the City of Soledad's Water Reclamation Facility at 34520 Morisoli Road, Soledad, CA 93960, and is described as follows: Mobilization, aerial walkway removal (requiring electrical terminations)' removal of existing non-functional gear drive unit; installation of City furnished clarifier gear drive unit, reinstallation of aerial walkway (including electrical reconnections), installation of Limitorque actuator, all other incidental work, startup and testing, and closeout. Time for Final Completion. The Project must be fully completed within 60 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about September 01 , 2026, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond.
