The City of Ottawa is seeking proposal submissions to provide Professional Engineering services to undertake RPU upgrades and associated works at various locations within the Robert O. Picard Environmental Centre (ROPEC), located at 800 Green Creek Drive. All proponents are strongly urged to attend the site visit at ROPEC and all personnel attending the site visit will require a CSA approved hardhat and pair of CSA approved safety boots. Proponents wishing to attend the site visit shall provide the names and contact information (email address and cell phone number) for all attendees to the Contracting Authority via email. All questions following the site visit must be submitted to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the instructions provided. Question Acceptance Deadline 2026/07/24 11:59:00 PM EDT All inquiries and questions regarding this RFP must be submitted online Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Pre-Bidding Events: All proponents are strongly urged to attend the site visit at ROPEC (800 Green Creek Drive) at the date and time outlined in Article 1.12 - Proposed Schedule of Events. Please be advised that all personnel attending the site visit will require a CSA approved hardhat and pair of CSA approved safety boots.
