The services required consist of comprehensive internal CCTV pipe inspections in NASSCO PACP standard and condition assessments of two hundred and sixty-eight (268) land drainage and combined sewer outfalls with existing SPG values ranging from 3 to 5. The work also includes a review of previous geotechnical site assessments, noting any changes to the slope condition grade or the erosion condition grade over the past 10 years, and any remedial work orders to address noted changes to geotechnical conditions. The Consultant is required to provide project management, project development, drawing and tender document preparation, procurement process, contract administration services, outfall inspections performed by the consultant, analytical services, and a summary report. The Consultant must utilize their expertise and knowledge in condition assessments and sewer inspection sewer infrastructure to make appropriate recommendations in their proposal and deliverables. Consultants should pay particular attention to the City's Project Management Manual, templates, and any revisions, and bring forward any aspect not consistent with good industry practice.
