The City of Mt Pleasant, Michigan is seeking a partner that can engage immediately on the development of general occupancy, workforce affordable housing development in the downtown area. The project must serve households between 30% and 80% of the Area Median Income and the project must be ready to be submitted to MSHDA in the October 1, 2026 competitive 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit funding round.
