Reference Number 0000430196 The Colorado Convention Center (CCC) is soliciting qualified contractors to provide Fire Rated Building Assemblies services. This work includes assessment and installation of firestopping systems at conduit and other penetration points to maintain the integrity of fire-rated walls and floors. The project will be bid on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis to address varying conditions throughout the facility. All work must meet applicable fire and life safety codes and standards. Work shall not be performed in active event spaces and must be coordinated in advance with CCC Operations Management to ensure minimal disruption to facility activities. CCC seeks an experiences contractor capable of working in a large, complex facility while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
