City Hall 10th Floor-Epoxy Flooring The City seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to install a durable epoxy floor coating system designed to withstand chemicals, fluids, water, heavy machinery, and high foot traffic. Contractors shall remove the existing coating, prepare the substrate, and install the new epoxy system with a 4-inch integral cove base. The areas and approximate square footage are as follows: 1. Boiler Room : 600 sq. ft. 2. Domestic Hot Water Room : 230 sq . ft. 3. Domestic Water Storage Tank Room : 482 sq . ft. 4. Condensing Water Pumps Area : 412 sq. ft. 5. Chilled Water Pumps Area: 314 sq. ft. 6. Chiller Room: 954 sq. ft. 7. Cooling Tower Area: 1,030 sq . ft. 8. Work Area: 750 sq . ft. 9. Fan Room # 1 : 1,950 sq . ft. 10. Fan Room # 2 : 1,018 sq . ft. 11. Corridor: 573 sq . ft. The total area to receive new epoxy flooring is approximately 8,313 square feet, including the required 4-inch cove base.
