Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Albion has been short listed to bid on a task order for GSU for the water supply upgrade work at Patton Hall. Scope includes selective demo, wall repairs, painting, flooring, and plumbing. Please be aware of the following alternates. Alternate #1: For cold water risers provide one connection into cold water main on Level 6 to serve cold water risers per stack of dorms including lavatory risers, water closet risers, and shower risers. Alternate #2: In lieu of three meters included in Base Bid, provide one meter at each Dorm stack on Level 6. Deduct alternate includes water meter and monitoring on each Level 6 cold water main serving cold water risers at lavatories, water closets, and showers. Provide monitoring on water meters integrated into existing metron Water scope software/dashboard.
