Site work for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Full-depth reconstruction of Sam Rankin Roadway including curbs, gutters, sidewalks, city utilities, and stormwater infrastructure. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Any bidder who is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Contract Documents may submit a written request through the PCCA Procurement website for an interpretation of the part of the Contract Documents in question. Scope of work generally consists of the full-depth reconstruction of Sam Rankin Roadway from Port Avenue to IH-37. The project will also include the reconstruction of curbs and gutters, as well as sidewalks along the roadway corridor.
