Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Implementation of storm drainage and stormwater infrastructure improvements per the Master Plan. The project consists of the construction of a storm control management facilty known as Burson SCM. Burson SCM is a biorention cell system located on Craver Road, adjacent to the PoppMartin Student Union and includes hardscape plaza spaces to support pedestrian gathering and educational opportunities. Bids will be received for Single Prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. Any questions about the project should be directed via email to Patrick Jones at pajones@charlotte.edu .
