Work includes demolishing existing generators, pads, transfer switches, emergency panels, fencing, and a light pole where applicable; installing new generators on concrete pads, automatic and manual transfer switches, emergency distribution panels, disconnects, and fencing; replacing select grass areas with concrete paving; reusing existing underground conduits where feasible; and performing an underground utility survey prior to construction.
