The Project Will Be Financed in Part Through Low-income Housing Tax Credits (Lihtc), Investment Equity, and City of South Bend Funds, All Bids Shall Comply With Applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulatory Guidelines. Project Schedule Construction is Anticipated to Begin January 4, 2027, With Substantial Completion Scheduled for August 1, 2028. Bid Packages Include Sitework & Utilities, Concrete, Carpentry & Framing, Building Envelope, Doors, Windows & Glazing, Elevators, Roofing, Damp Proofing, Insulation, Drywall & Interior Finishes, Cabinets & Countertops, Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Appliances, Hvac, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Low-voltage Systems, and Other Trades.
