Site work for a civil project in Pomona, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required in the specifications and contract documents, for the following project: for “Water Production Electrical Improvements, FD528 - CC8125 - Project Worktag: 95083.” The WORK comprises the replacement of automation and control systems and associated electrical improvements at five (5) water production facilities at the following onsite locations owned by the City of Pomona: • Anion Exchange Plant (AEP) – 1374 E Third St, Pomona, CA 91766 (APN 8326-016-902) • Production Well No. 6 (W-6) – 1375 E Third St, Pomona, CA 91766 (APN 8326-016-902) • Booster Station No. 8 (B-8) – 1560 Fairplex Dr, Pomona CA 91768 (APN 8360-012-904) • Booster Station No. 12 (B-12) – 1 Village Loop Rd, Pomona CA 91766 (APN 8711-012-902) • Production Well No. 34 (W-34) – 1790 E First St, Pomona, CA (APN 8326-027-901) COMPLETION OF WORK: All work to be done under this subsequent contract shall be completed within 120 working days for all work. Estimated working days per site are as follows: AEP (20), W-6 (20), B-8 (25), B-12 (30), W-34 (25). All work to begin on the date stipulated in the written "Notice to Proceed" issued by the City Engineer. Note: The City will procure the MCC cabinets for the project via separate and concurrent IFB titled “Water Production Motor Control Centers” and will procure major system components for the AEP site as shown in Appendix C.
