The Village is looking for the furnishing and installation of a 3.5 ton split system heat pump for a training area within the Rye Brook Fire Dept. Contractor to supply air handler, condenser, thermostat, grilles, ductwork piping, lineset, condenser pad, piping cover sleeves on exterior, condensate piping and electrical wiring for a complete and functioning installation. Unit specified is narrative but any name brand unit or equal is acceptable. Visiting the site is strongly advised as no change orders will be approved as a result of not familiarizing yourself with the site. The fan coil unit is to be located within a closet area where headroom is less then 8 feet. Install 2 registers, return grille and ducting / flex piping as needed.
