The scope of work includes stabilization and removal of lead-based paint, surface prep, and providing new high-quality paint finish for the gymnasium/MPR encompassing walls, ceilings, doors, door frames, railings, window frames, and trim. Work shall include comprehensive surface preparation, priming, and application of paint to all designated areas. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable safety regulations and building codes. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project and deliver a fully finished, turnkey product. All written questions, if answered, will be answered in writing, conveyed to all interested Bidders.
