CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a comprehensive supply arrangement for: -Level 1 Building Conditions Assessment (BCA) services, a visual, non-destructive inspection intended to identify major material deficiencies and deferred maintenance for initial capital planning. -A Level 2 Building Condition Assessment (BCA) may be initiated, based on findings in Level 1 report. This intensive evaluation is designed to offer a more thorough understanding of the facility's current state. An Agreement resulting from this RFSA may potentially be for three years with two irrevocable option(s) to extend for one year period(s).
