North Spokane Irrigation District No. 8 is compiling a revised "Small Works Roster" of Contractors who wish to submit proposals for various construction projects with an estimated cost not to exceed $300,000 and that do not require the formal sealed bid procedure. The roster shall be comprised of contractors who have requested to be placed on this roster and who are properly licensed and bonded to perform such work in the State of Washington. The categories of contracting include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Asphalt Paving and/or Patching 2. Backflow Assembly Testing 3. Building Construction Contractor 4. Concrete Work 5. Control Valve Contractor 6. Electrical - General 7. Electrical - Water Pumps 8. Electrical - SCADA 9. Excavation and Earth Work 10. General Construction 11. Landscape Work 12. Painting Contractor 13. Telemetry Software Contractor 14. Water Reservoir Painting 15. Water Main Installation Contractor 16.
