Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rock Island, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construct a 0.5-acre solar array including excavation, foundation installation, racking system assembly, solar panel installation, and electrical line extension from the transformer with equipment installation. Bid Estimate: $1,000,000.00 to $1, 200,000.00 Construct a solar array at WSU TFREC's Sunrise Research Orchard. The array will be approximately 0.5 acres in size. Scope will include the necessary excavation and placement of foundations for the racking system. Construct the racking system and install solar panels per the construction drawings. Extend the electrical lines from the transformer up to the new location and install all the equipment indicated. The purpose will be to generate power from the panels and either use the electricity on site, or back-feed the electricity into the PUD power grid and conduct the desired research. Substantial Completion shall be achieved no later than 250 days following Notice to Proceed. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Question Deadline 07/30/2026 Should a bidder find discrepancies or omissions in the Drawings or Specifications, or should bidder be in doubt as to their meaning, bidder shall at once notify Owner. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
