Vegetation removal, site preparation, and installation of approximately 520 LF of six-foot-tall black ornamental steel fence. All questions should be sent via e-mail directly to drenfrow@townoftruckee.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. on July 20, 2026 The Scope of Work includes: Vegetation Removal and Site Preparation Vegetation removal and site preparation in accordance with the Project Plans and as required to access and construct all improvements. Coordination with utilities and verification of site conditions Removal and disposal of all debris Fence Installation Preparation and submittal of engineer-stamped shop drawings Installation of a black ornamental steel fence Fence shall be installed in accordance with the Project Plans Fence shall be six feet (6'-0") in height including posts and appurtenances Maintain maximum 1 /2-inch gap between fence and finished grade Removal and disposal of all debris Grading to achieve clean and uniform finished condition Provide a complete and functional installation
