The Work. The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT NO. 3 EXPANSION PROJECT in the City of Rosenberg, and the City ETJ , Fort Bend County, Texas. Furnishing and installing a 95,000 gallon per day steel basin wastewater treatment plant capable of producing an effluent of less than 20 mg/l Biochemical Oxygen Demand (5-day) (BOD5 ); 20 mg/l Total Suspended Solids (TSS); and 126 E. Coli, colony forming units and all associated appurtenances. Units shall include an aeration basin, final clarifier, chlorine contact basin, and aerobic digester. Other items consists of, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing, crushed stone foundations, blowers, walkways, stairs and landings, fencing, and electrical upgrades, etc. Furnishing and installing a complete electrical system with electrical service, motor control center, natural gas backup generator, automatic transfer switch, control panels, instrumentation for a complete and operable system . Coordination with electric and natural gas utilities to extend service to project site. Assist Owner with necessary documentation. Demolition of the existing 25,000 gallon per day steel wastewater treatment plant. b. The Project Site. The project is located at 411 Cottonwood Drive, Key Map No. 603Y and 603Z.
