Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Installation of 8,600 LF of 36-inch and 1,500 LF of 30-inch waterline with valves and fittings; removal and replacement of wastewater lines; verification of utility tie-ins; site restoration including grading, revegetation, and pavement/concrete restoration. The City of Corpus Christi ("City" or "Owner") hereby issues this request for bids ("RFB"). The City is seeking bids from firms interested and qualified in Water pump station and distribution system improvements and upgrades. B. The project consists of improvements at the Navigation Pump Station (PS) and replacement and upsizing of 36-inch and 24-inch distribution piping within city street and railroad right-of-way. Navigation Pump Station improvements consist of: site work, yard piping, valving, electrical, HVAC, ground storage tank repairs o and other items as identified in the contract documents.
