Renovation of a municipal facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Partial renovations to main and second floors including generator installation, interior wall demolition and reconstruction, painting, ceiling and flooring installation, extensive mechanical and electrical work, small flat roof replacement, and installation of a new fire panel and fire alarm system. Estimated value: $3,500,000 This project is to be completed by spring of 2027. Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca Scope of Work: The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, completing partial renovations to both the main and second floors of SaskEnergy Place in Regina, Saskatchewan . The renovation will include the installation of a new generator as part of the approximately 200m (2163 ft) construction that will be taking place on the main floor. In addition to the main floor, approximately 176m (1897 ft) of the existing second space is being renovated as part of the work which includes a full demo and reconstruction of interior walls, new paint, ceiling, flooring, extensive mechanical and electrical work and replacement of a small flat roof area, approximately 207m (2224 ft).
