Question Deadline 07/22/2026 The A/E shall respond to RFIs received more than 7 days before the bid opening COPE OF WORK; EDGE COMMITMENT 1.1 The Contractor shall perform and provide all of the Work described in the Contract, and below. 1. Removing the existing topping slab. 2. Removing the existing waterproofing system. 3. Grout injecting to fill voids below the base slab. 3.1. Note: grout injections are to stabilize, not lift, the fountain base slab. 4. Repairing cracks in the base slab. 5. Installing a new hot-applied waterproofing system. 6. Installing a new, sloped topping slab to drain towards fountain center well. 6.1 . New electrical conduit to be placed within the topping slab for free-standing lights (as provided by fountain equipment designer). Award is subject to final approval.
