The City of Memphis ("COM") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk ("CMAR") services for the Raleigh Springs Farmer's Market and Food Truck Park project located at 3456 Austin Peay Highway, Memphis, Tennessee . The project is intended to support continued redevelopment within the Raleigh Springs area through the construction of a permanent public market and community gathering space. Barge Design Solutions is serving as the Engineer of Record . Construction Documents for the project are substantially complete at the time of issuance of this RFP. The anticipated construction value for the project is approximately $1,300,000.00The project generally includes: site preparation, grading, drainage, and utility improvements; electrical infrastructure, lighting, and vendor utility connections; concrete paving, sidewalks, and ADA-accessible pedestrian improvements; landscaping, hardscape, and related site improvements; pavilion foundations and associated site work; and coordination and installation of a prefabricated open-air pavilion structure. The City has separately procured the pavilion structure, which is currently under fabrication. The selected CMAR will coordinate delivery, unloading, temporary storage, protection, sequencing, and installation of the pavilion structure.
