Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Cedar Hill, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Approximate quantities for major items for this project include: Lift station rehabilitation, including installation of City-furnished submersible pumps and accessories, along with replacement of 8-inch valves and discharge piping, hatches, and epoxy coating of wet well and valve vault 48 linear feet (LF) of 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer by open cut 78 LF of 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer by other than open cut with 18-inch steel encasement 183 LF of 12-inch HDPE sanitary sewer by pipe bursting o Five (5) 5-foot diameter sanitary sewer manholes, Temporary Sewage Bypass Pumping, and all other items Bonds: Certified Check required, 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. All questions regarding the construction plans and BIDDING DOCUMENTS shall be submitted in writing and addressed to April Harrison, Purchasing Coordinator, City of Cedar Hill , 285 Uptown Blvd., Bldg. 100, Cedar Hill, Texas, 75104, purchasing@cedarhilltx.com. The deadline for questions will be 4:00 p.m., Friday, July 24, 2026.
