Reference Number 0000430294 This work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, programming, integration, installation, testing, commissioning, startup, training, warranties, and incidentals necessary to furnish, install, and place into operation a complete turnkey Fire Department Station Alerting System at the Village of Port Chester's four (4) firehouses. The Work includes, but is not limited to, speakers, receivers, amplifiers, wiring, cabling, antenna work, mounting hardware, equipment integration, programming, system testing, operational acceptance, training, documentation, and related appurtenances necessary to provide a complete and fully operational system in accordance with the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. A bid bond, certified check, or bank check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid. Bids may not be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after the date fixed for the opening of bids.
