Laboratory renovations for Rooms 118 and 120 are required. The scope of work, wage determination, and supporting technical documentation are provided as attachments in the solicitation posting. Quotations are requested from responsible small business sources for the maintenance, alteration, and repair of these laboratory spaces. Bidders are instructed to review all technical data and documentation provided and may attend an organized site visit to familiarize themselves with the site. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory for quote submission. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer by the specified deadline. Bidders must fully comply with the terms, conditions, and specifications referenced in the solicitation. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Josh Dobereiner, via email to josh.dobereiner@usda.gov. Questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026 at 4:00 PM CDT. Answers to all questions received by that time will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. No questions will be answered after this date unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government as deemed by the Contracting Officer. Questions generated by artificial intelligence will not be answered. The Contracting Officer will make the sole and final determination on what questions deem a response. Telephone requests for information will not be accepted or returned.
