Scope of work includes but isn't limited to concrete trails,, furnishings , shade, boulders, grading and drainage , irrigation , grassing, planting, and maintenance. 8. Contract duration is 120 days from the date of commencement. 9. All bidders are required to visit the site to become oriented with the property. 10. Any property lines in question can be staked ahead of the installation of construction materials ahead of the work to avoid conflict. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that no work falls outside of the construction limits. 11. Protect adjacent existing work. 12. Irrigation system must be installed as designed inclusive of all details. Especially important will be the installation of grounding rods. As-builts will be required ahead of any substantial completion inspection . Full controller programming and flow controls must be set prior to turn over of project. 13. Include electrical service for proposed irrigation controller(s) as part of bid. They will be installed adjacent to an existing transformer. Controller location will be determined in the field.
