Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Richfield, Utah. Completed plans call for the addition of a 48,346-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Project, as shown on construction documents prepared by CRSA and as further described herein, consists of (1 ) the addition of a new entrance and Student Commons to the south end of the Snow College Richfield Washburn Building; and (2) the addition of new landscaping and civil construction adjacent to the existing Washburn Building and new Student Commons. The building addition and site revisions will require selective demoltion, selective modification and replacement of existing architectural , structural , mechanical , electrical , plumbing, electrical , telecommunications, life safety, landscape, and civil and utility systems in and adjacent to the Washburn Building, and new construction. The selective demolition , replacement, and changeover work shall be planned and coodinated by the Contractor in accordance with a detailled schedule prepared and submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Owner in accordance with the submittal requirements of the Contract Documents, including but not limited to Section 4.6 of the DFCM General Conditions. Entrance addition on the south side of the Washburn building and a landscaping renovation around the south and west sides of the Washburn building. Question Deadline 07/20/2026 at 3:00 PM MT
