The scope of work includes, in particular: the mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment; the pumping of sludge by dredging; the dewatering of sludge or any other compliant method proposed by the contractor; the transport of sludge; its final disposal at an authorised site; all works, equipment, materials, analyses, permits and ancillary services necessary for the full performance of the contract. The works must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards. Delivery schedule The works must be carried out between 1 September 2026 and 30 November 2026, in accordance with a detailed schedule to be submitted by the successful tenderer and approved by the Municipality before work commences. The exact start date for the works will be determined by mutual agreement between the parties, taking into account the operating conditions of the wastewater treatment plant and weather conditions
